WHO NEEDS THE FLOWPACKER 2

In Store Bakeries historically use an L-Sealer to pack bakery products however the seal integrity and finish leaves a lot to be desired! This is where the FlowPacker2 excels in that the finished packs are aesthetically similar to a Flow Wrap crimp seal finish and are tamper proof evident.

The Flow Packer 2 was conceived from the need to pack products emulating a Flow Wrapper finish at a fraction of the cost.
In a world where nearly everything must be packaged the Flow Packer 2 will enable all producers from small to multi-national companies to pack the products with a more appealing finish.
Safety has been paramount in the design of the machine, with the minimum of parts visible and a safety cut out feature (RCD unit) incorporated in the machine.
Power supplied through standard 240V/13 amps.
Easy operation, minimum running costs with digital temperature control and magnetic timer for seals.
The Flow Packer 2 will give the user the ability to present a good visual product with the same seal integrity as a Flow Wrap.
Space Saving as it takes up no more than 1.2m bench space.
Easy to operate.
Easy maintenance. The design of the Flow Packer 2 is such that cleaning/maintenance is kept at a minimum. The sealing unit is easily removed for service/repair.
